12 months maximum term contract - Full-time

Sydney or Newcastle - Hybrid - Manager

Our People Technology team has key relationships with our internal and global stakeholders and vendor/third Party Suppliers. We blend technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.

We're looking for a People Technology Manager to develop and lead initiatives for continuous product and process improvement and innovation objectives within our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in HRIS processes and systems (Workday/ServiceNow preferred). With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout.

You'll learn plenty as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with the organisation's overall goals in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

As an expert in leadership, communication, and relationship-building, you'll solve problems by identifying inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements.

In our People Technology team, you'll also:

  • Monitor and analyse processes, tracking the performance and output of various processes within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align processes with the organisation's overall goals
  • Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, including employees, customers, and senior management
  • Drive process standardisation and compliance, ensuring processes are standardised and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. This includes identifying potential risks and developing plans to mitigate them
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, utilising Agile methodologies to continuously drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is desirable
