Reporting directly to the General Manager, this critical role in the Senior Management Team will be responsible for setting the national sales strategy and driving growth through a thriving team of sales managers.

About you

As someone who loves what they do, you will have sales and leadership experience within the food equipment industry and a good knowledge of the market segments, networks, and competitors.

With a hands-on leadership style, you will excel at setting commercial strategies and have the ability to analyse data to identify opportunities for growth.

You will be a dynamic and strategically minded leader with excellent communication skills who is passionate about quality, driving growth, and maintaining a diverse team culture.

Experience as a National Sales Manager or a similar senior sales leadership role
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market, ideally within food equipment
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to devise commercial strategies
Responsibility for budgetary, financial, and strategic planning
Handson management style with a customerfocused mindset
Flexibility to travel internationally/nationally and work away from home as required
