The Role
As a PR Account Manager at Clear Hayes Consulting, you will be at the forefront of our client management, serving high-profile accounts on multinational and local clients.
Your role will be instrumental in the creation of compelling PR assets, maintaining and enhancing journalist relationships, and providing strategic advisory services to uphold our reputation for excellence in PR output.
Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Oversee day-to-day interactions with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded through impeccable service and strategic insight.

Content Creation:Craft high-quality press releases, opinion editorials, and other PR materials that effectively communicate client messages and enhance their market presence.

Media Relations:Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists across various media outlets to secure and grow media coverage for our clients.

Strategic Advisory:Provide insightful strategic guidance to clients, assisting in the development of comprehensive PR strategies that align with their goals.
Qualifications and Experience

Proven track record in PR account management or as a working journalist, preferably within the media and marketing industry

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional client service.

Strong skills in creating diverse PR content, including press releases and opinion editorials.

Excellent media relations skills, with a network of journalist contacts.

Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to advise clients on effective PR strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, media, and team members effectively.
