- Extract reports and data from a variety of systems and prepare basic snapshots and reports.
- Proactively update and maintain CPL's Document Management requirements, such as archiving.
- Collaborate and work effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement Requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of project and activity planning with analysis.
- Provide project and activity support across the Risk, Compliance and Safety team.
- Experience delivering system and/or document management support in a large organisation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience extracting reports from systems.
- Good problem solving, time management and task prioritisation skills.
- Adaptability to work to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- NDIS Worker Screen and Blue Card before starting (we can help).
- Permanent, full-time role.

In this role you will be providing administration support to our risk and compliance and safety teams using our risk and compliance systems including Riskman, Lexis Nexis and our Quality Portal. Tasks include managing system issues, the system inbox and user support, and assisting with our document management process.
