Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continuous operation and development of the computing and ITrelated services.
  • Manage the Microsoft platform technologies, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Monitor service level agreements with funds service providers to ensure the continuous delivery of business services, including performance, availability, and capacity of IT systems.
  • Prepare and present operational reports for the board, management, advisory committees, and internal working groups as required.
  • Oversee the funds' IT budget expenditure, including hardware and software purchasing, providing input to the fund's executive as required.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure consistent fulfillment of IT needs.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing IT, business systems, infrastructure, and service delivery functions and services.
  • Must have experience managing multiple managed service providers ensuring continuous delivery.
  • Adaptable to a fastgrowing and changing environment, with a strategic focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to negotiate positive and costeffective outcomes.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude, working well in team situations, with a genuine commitment to people and culture.
