Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.

Due to phenomenal business growth, we are seeking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site role working 8:30 to 5:30 at our North Ryde Head Office.


About the role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role involves the end-to-end recruitment for the Nick Scali and Plush business across Australia and New Zealand


Day-to-day duties include:

  • Managing the 360 recruitment of sales professionals, logistics and warehousing personnel, and head office teams
  • Business partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and anticipate vacancies
  • Contract generation for new hires
  • Accurate use of the Talent Management System to ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Generating reports and ad hoc administration as required

About you:


While previous experience as a TA is essential, you must be passionate about engaging with people and building lasting relationships with stakeholders.

You will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our team members.


Other requirements:

  • Experience in managing endtoend recruitment within the retail sector or having managed highvolume recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills as you will be required to manage numerous roles at any given time
  • Efficient in managing recruitment requirements
