We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Developer to join our Information Technology Department, working on projects and enhancements across the organisation. A number of manual process are being taken on line, in addition to current systems being replaced. Some of these projects include upgrading the payroll and HR information systems, recruitment system, on boarding and termination dashboards, and replacement of time and attendance systems to name a few.

We're looking for someone with:

Developed skills in one or more of the major programming languages (either 'legacy' or 'hot') such as XML, PHP, React JS, SQL, Powershell, C#, Java and/or SQL
Developed skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages such as SQL Server
Strong capability in Integration platforms "low code" configuration (eg Knime ETL) and REST API programming, Web Services Programmin
Solid documentation skills
Given the nature of projects this role will be involved in, experience in an aged care organisation, experience with Kronos, Sandwai, and / or Technology 1, and previous history in Operational roles such as Human Resources or Payroll are highly desirable.
