Key competencies of this role:
- Demonstrated highlevel interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, advocacy and consultation skills.
- Ability to provide high level interpretative advice on legislation, policy and public sector governance standards relevant to Corporate Enterprise Solutions.
- Demonstrated skills and ability in leading complex change initiatives or projects, including proven experience in designing and implementing contemporary and fitforpurpose frameworks, systems and processes to support best practice governance in a large, complex and highly regulated public sector organisation.
- Possess a highlevel working knowledge of payroll, HR and finance information systems and contemporary business practices.
