An exciting opportunity exists for 2 qualified Dental Assistants to join the Dental Team at Maryborough District Health Service. This position is responsible for providing high quality dental assistance support to client groups and their families. The dental assistants will work closely with Dentists, Dental Therapists and other Dental Assistants

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience and well developed skills as a qualified, accredited Dental Assistant, or willingness to undertake training
- Experience with and/or an understanding of Infection Control and sterilisation standards within Dental practice.
- Understanding and experience of Dental radiography processes.

- Ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to undertake a broad range of clinical and nonclinical duties.
Personal Qualities
- Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
