Change & Senior Change Manager to join our
Commercial Client.
-
3 days in the office & 2 days WFH:


  • System implementation and Digital Projects:
-
Initial 12 month contract plus extensions

Role Duties

  • Scope and define the change to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the over project/initiative.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder communications and engagement including definition of roles and responsibilities as they relate to the change; ensure key stakeholders and change leads in the impacted business units remain engaged and committed throughout the change.
  • End to end

Change Management:

Develop and implement effective change strategies and respective artifacts, including Stakeholder Analysis, Comms & Engagement Plan, Change Approach, Change Impact Assessment, Training/Learning Plan, Business Readiness, and Post Implementation Reviews.


  • Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to receive and embed the change identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.

Key Skills:


  • Relevant tertiary (or equivalent) qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent experience and skills in a change, communication and training role. Qualifications in Change Management or Psychology would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful change management delivery, particularly involving business process reengineering, organisational redesign and business transformation projects in large organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci, Kotter, etc).
  • The capacity to act as a team player whilst achieving challenging outcomes, successfully managing competing priorities, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Have demonstrable experience of building strong working relationships with stakeholders and managing the change process
