Capability Specialist
- Capability Specialist_
Your role is pivotal in providing essential Learning outcomes in our newly launched technical training ("Art & Science of Loss Adjusting") and career framework program.
A significant part of the role designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions through a range of mediums, with a focus on facilitating technical training.
- What are my accountabilities?_
- Consult with SMEs to determine learning needs
- Collaborate with SME's to design engaging learning solutions that adhere to adult learning principals
- Develop learning solutions and respective collateral through a range of different mediums (this can include facilitation guides, job aids, job embedment activities, PowerPoint decks)
- Deploy learning solutions, which can include facilitation (both face to face and virtually)
- Assess effectiveness of training through agreed measurement and evaluation tools
- Maintain accuracy of all learning materials
- About you_:
- Previous exposure to insurance in general insurance claims.
- Experience in learning and development role with high levels of design and delivery
- Well versed in conducting LNA's-
- Sound ability in Articulate (particularly Storyline)
- Diploma in Loss Adjusting is desirable (not essential) or willing to obtain.
