About Role

Due to ongoing growth and recent acquisitions our client is seeking to employ a highly driven and aspirational Assistant Development Manager.

This role will see you working closely with the Directors and the wider development team on a range of projects including healthcare, commercial and office new builds, major fit-outs and refurbishments.

To be considered for this role you will have the below experience and attributes:

You will have a Tertiary Qualification in Property, construction, or a related industry.
24 years' experience working in a Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, or a similar role.
You will have experience and confidence to deal with external stakeholder including consultants, contractors, banks, investors, and suppliers.
Solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor engagement and management and stakeholder communication.
You will have had some exposure to the feasibility process and the financial management/reporting as well the handson delivery phase.
Capable of communicating with investors and their representatives.
You will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a good work ethic.
