Position Summary

The Spa Supervisor assists the Spa Manager in managing the daily operations of the department and wellness center, delivering high standards of Spa treatments and services to all guests.

The individual is also responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to Receptionists, Attendants, and Therapists while providing support in the daily operations.

Talent Profile

At least 3 years of experience in a luxury spa or similar field
Have good knowledge of the spa industry
Client focus and oriented
Experiences in a similar role in luxury hotels/resorts or the hospitality sector are preferred
Good command of written and spoken English
Valid working rights in Australia
