Barwon Water is looking for a collaborative and engaging leader to join the Project Team in a role that oversees a high performing team of Project Managers in their delivery of multiple projects in various stages of the project life cycle.

Projects include infrastructure supporting water, sewerage, recycled water and renewable energy networks.

Your key responsibilities are to ensure the operational delivery of projects across the Enterprise Project Delivery portfolio to ensure delivery against budget, procurement, timeframes and environment health and safety.

The Project Management Lead will build capacity and capability in the team and foster strong relationships across the Barwon Water Group and with external stakeholders.

Project Delivery plays a vital role in achieving our Strategy 2030 and outcomes will require an understanding of and collaboration with Traditional Owners and First Nations people to ensure ongoing cultural values alignment and regional prosperity.

About You
***As a natural leader, you will develop relationships and bring influence through excellent communication skills. Inspired by innovation, continual improvement and lateral thinking as you bring technical expertise to operational leadership to the team. Highly organised and an adept problem solver, you are capable of delivering projects on tight deadlines and motivating others.

As a component of this role requires vehicle travel within and between the Barwon Water facilities, a current Victorian driver's licence is required.

Those with Engineering Registration will be highly desired.
