The Role
Mercy Community have a position available for an Education and Vocation Practitioner to join our Families and Young People team.
This role will support young people to reach their own educational and psycho-social goals, including engagement with mainstream education, vocational training and/or employment.
To be eligible for this position you will require (Key Selection Criteria):
- You will hold 3 or 4 year tertiary qualification in Education, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
- Evidence of current vaccination against Whooping Cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, unless applicable of exemption is provided.
- You must hold a current Queensland Provisional Green or Open Driver's License
- You must hold a positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and be able to obtain a positive Police Check and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
