Join a team as a highly skilled and collaborative Delivery Lead who will play a vital role in shaping the delivery processes.

Guided by agile and continuous improvement principles, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor our service teams, comprising cross-functional squads.

As a Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master, you will drive the adoption for the enterprise delivery framework and Agile values, ensuring efficient delivery planning, story decomposition, backlog refinement, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and resource capacity planning.


What you will be doing:

  • Organising and facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.
  • Managing and governing the service/team's backlog and work planning to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Ensuring that work entering the team is adequately planned, prioritised, and estimated, with a focus on highpriority items.
  • Assisting in capacity planning through velocity tracking and story point estimation, ensuring adherence to consistent enterprise standards and preventing the team from taking on excessive work.
  • Coaching team members on Agile best practices and promote selfsustaining operation of Agile events, scrum boards, epics, and stories. You will also oversee the health of service team(s) to ensure team members' satisfaction.
  • Coordinating work deliverables across multiple squads, fostering collaboration, communication, and effective prioritisation and story decomposition.
  • Removing any impediments to unblock the team by providing support, escalating issues, and engaging with other services, practices, or project teams.

About You:

  • Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent people and project management skills.
  • Experience working within Cloud technology projects
