    We're searching for an experienced and passionate HR Systems Specialist to join the People and Culture Team covering a parental leave fixed-term contract.

    Purpose and Responsibilities:

    This 12-month fixed term position is central to maintaining the integrity and functionality of our HR systems, closely collaborating with other members of the HR team. In a steady and dynamic environment, you will be tasked with ensuring accurate data management and providing analytical support that informs essential HR and business decisions.

    You will gain in-depth experience in a role that is vital to our HR operations, with the chance to contribute to projects that have a direct impact on our strategic direction. Some the key responsibilities are:

    • Maintain our HR systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and seamless integration.
    • Manage remuneration data with a high degree of precision, underlining the importance of data integrity.
    • Produce reports and analyses that contribute to strategic decision-making, highlighting the role of accurate data in shaping business outcomes.
    • Engage in problem-solving and system improvements, offering solutions to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments, sharing insights and supporting our strategy.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Social Science or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on data management and analysis.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with excellent Excel skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication abilities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

    Please note that this role is based at our head office in Mascot, NSW.
