Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Salesforce Test Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Salesforce Test Analyst, you will primarily focus on conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce implementations tailored for educational institutions.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of a new, consolidated, and secure student CRM system as part of the implemented Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Case Development: Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on business requirements and user stories, covering all aspects of the Salesforce solution.

UAT Planning and Execution: Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce implementations in the education sector.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and manage defects discovered during UAT, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users participating in UAT sessions, addressing questions and concerns related to the Salesforce solution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and end-users to ensure alignment between UAT activities and project objectives.

Test Automation: Utilize test automation tools and techniques to automate repetitive UAT tasks and enhance testing efficiency.

Essential Criteria:

Education: Undergraduate/Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: 5-7 years of software testing experience with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of
Salesforce CRM and related technologies.

Test Case Development: Experience in developing and executing test cases for Salesforce implementations, including customizations and integrations.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
