I am currently working with a relatively new player in the Digital Marketing space, but they have not joined the market to fit inThey are here to take over.

Backed by a Global brand and off the back of huge early success they are ready to future proof and start scaling to meet demand

They have a requirement for an Engineering Manager to roadmap their current Business Applications and work with the business to bring everything up to the level they require

Salesforce experience is essential although not to an expert level, the ability to assess systems, understand architecture, contribute effectively to Software conversations and manage both internal and external stakeholders are the real essential criteria

If you are from a Software Engineer background and want to have the freedom to be creative, put your own stamp on the Systems and Technology Environment of a Startup but while having the Financial Security of a Global Brand then this is worth a discussion

Hybrid Work Model but a proper one, not one that classes 5 days a week in the office but going outside for lunch as hybrid One day a week in the office - That's it
