S & N Wellness is seeking a number of Disability Support Workers across Melbourne who are experienced, reliable, dedicated and passionate working in the disability industry and who would like to make a difference in supporting individuals in achieving their NDIS and personal goals.

S & N Wellness Support Services support individuals which enable them to live their best life. The position is for a participant for requires x2 In each shift morning and night. Full PPE will need to be adhered to due to weak immunity.


Supports will involve supporting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, assisting with social and community participation, individual skill development; holiday supports; empowering our clients to reach their full ability to achieve their chosen goals as well as working in our Short-Term Accommodation (Respite) house.


The position will be working with children and adults, living with Physical Disability, Intellectual Disability, Autism, Mental Health, ABI, or a health diagnosis with both low to high complex support needs.

Supports may include prompting to complete tasks to providing full support assistance, including personal care or behaviour supports.

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Casual


Salary:
Up to $31.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doveton, VIC 3177: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
