Our client is a high performing boutique buyers agency based on the North Shore. They work as team to service clients looking to purchase an investment or primary residence within Sydney. This group are well known for being professional, knowledgeable and prompt with their service.
This team of 5 work extremely close together and are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team and provide an anchor of support to the agents and help with the day to day running of the agency.

What will you be doing in this role:
As the Administration Manager you will provide admin support to the associate agents and the directors of the business.
A fast-paced dynamic role will have you running the office management duties as well as provide exceptional customer service to their high net worth clientele.
- Manage and update database with client profiles
- Assist with property searching, correspond with agents regarding pricing
- Help with prepurchase administration
- Manage post exchange and pre settlement communication
- Maintain client briefs
- Create monthly newsletters
- Supporting the team with all administration tasks
- Confirm appointments and manage inbound calls
- Manage social media platforms
- Conduct price analysis and council checks
- Strata report searches and download pest reports
- Invoicing and expenses
- Equipped with a current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- Hold a valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
- Familiar with Mailchimp, Pricefinder and Xero
- Have an understanding of the real estate sales process
- Passionate about property and real estate
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Organised and maintain a strong attention to detail
- Confident, wellpresented and articulate
