Description

Our client is a global brand full of fun who are seeking a HR Supervisor and all-rounder to join the team.

Being the point of contact for the Australian market you will be handling all end-to-end recruitment, working with payroll, managing people performance and assisting with implementing processes and procedures.

This role is fulltime, work from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline and experience in a retail environment
2 + years in a similar role
Proven ability to multitask, organise and prioritise tasks.
Proven ability to be flexible and resourceful, proactive, and professional in a manner with a high degree of selfmotivation.
Problem solving abilities and have strong Microsoft Office and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer service focus
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to speak Mandarin highly regarded
