You will be working a mix of remotely and from the CBD office, collaborating and working within a wider customer service team providing professional and accurate support to industry specialists and government contacts.


Your Day-To-Day:


  • Work with confidential information and documentation
  • Upkeep of the database and CRM

Who you are:


  • Experienced within a contact centre environment or high volume customer service over the phone
  • Experience within any of the following areas is beneficial; public health, regulation, policy, legal
  • Articulate written and verbal communication
