You will be working a mix of remotely and from the CBD office, collaborating and working within a wider customer service team providing professional and accurate support to industry specialists and government contacts.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Work with confidential information and documentation
- Upkeep of the database and CRM
Who you are:
- Experienced within a contact centre environment or high volume customer service over the phone
- Experience within any of the following areas is beneficial; public health, regulation, policy, legal
- Articulate written and verbal communication
