Drill Fitters to join our Maintenance team working a 2/1 FIFO roster ex Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

Our Drill Fitters are responsible for repairs and maintenance for our Sandvik DPI 1500 Top Hammer Drill Rigs.

About you:

Trade Qualified as Heavy Duty Mechanic
Experience completing major repairs and servicing
Valid HR drivers Licence
Forklift License
Experience working FIFO
Demonstrated ability to work safely in challenging weather and remote locations
Able to successfully complete a comprehensive preemployment medical including drug screen
Provide a police clearance suitable

Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Novo Resources, Liontown Resources, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.
