Your next exciting job opportunity -

In this role you will be able to:


  • Undertake scientific and technical tasks of advanced scope and complexity.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to share knowledge and advance the business.
  • Act as Project Manager/Director and lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain our brand reputation for superior quality technical work with a strong customer focus.
  • Perform scientific assignments in various areas, including aquatic ecology, coastal processes, and physiochemical processes in waters and sediments.

Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills:


  • Degree in waterrelated environmental sciences or engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience postgraduation.
  • Practical experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Setting up, maintaining, and deploying water quality and field instrumentation, including real-time monitoring systems.
  • Characterisation and assessment of dredge plumes.
  • Characterisation and assessment of wastewater discharges.
  • Stormwater assessments and management.
  • Application of GOLDSIM and/or MUSIC modeling packages.
  • Assessment of lake processes and urban lake management.
  • Sediment quality characterization.
  • Possession of a manual driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel and undertake field campaigns in remote areas and offshore environments.
  • Experience working within the scientific, engineering, or resources sector.
  • AMSA Coxswain Grade 3 or Exemption 38.
