Due to growth throughout the business we are looking for an energetic and experienced Recruiter to join our team at our Naval Base office.


Job Description:

Your duties may include, but are not limited to

  • Reference checking and verification of working rights
  • Booking medicals and training courses
  • Onboarding new hires issuing documentation and relevant inductions
  • Obtaining copies of licences and qualifications
  • Assisting with mobilisation activities as required

Qualifications:


  • Previous internal Recruitment experience essential
  • Prior experience with recruitment systems
  • Experience with Blue + White Collar roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Pronto experience (desirable)
