About us
The opportunity
We are currently looking for a
Project Finance Specialist as well as a
Trainee Project Finance Specialist to become integral members of the Finance team.
The roles will be based in our
Perth office with the option to
work from home 2-3 days/week (if desired).
This is a pivotal role in which you will build relationships with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and Corporate Finance whilst being part of a large group of like-minded professionals across Australia.
You will:
- Make project accounting recommendations throughout the Project Lifecycle
- Monitor project budgets and investigate any variances
- Interpret financial information to support project management and commercial decisions
- Champion data integrity and ensure accurate financial information is recorded in the ERP
- Assist with subcontractor engagements
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- Manage multiple projects of varying values at any given time
- Attend projectrelated meetings to inform the team regarding the status of project financials, articulating problem projects and following up on any identified actions as discussed

Some of your experience will include:
- 1-3 years of project finance administration experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Joint Venture and Alliance experience will be highly regarded
Trainee opportunity - we're looking to upskill someone a little more junior or new to Project Accounting.
As such, we'd love to hear from you if you are a:
- Recent finance graduate
- Commercially savvy accountant who want to partner with and influence the business to create value
- Contract administrator with engineering/construction experience keen to transition to finance
