Work for a true leader in the NSW commercial construction and refurb industry
Short to long term contracts available

Design & Build are currently working with a leading commercial construction and refurbishment company who require Supervisors & Leading Hands with previous experience in NSW.

As a supervisor you will be leading and managing a designated and multi-skilled crew to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of their projects.

We are also looking for leading hands to support the project supervisor.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the onsite crews to ensure the project is delivered in a safe and time efficient manner
Work closely with installation crews
Ensure project is run to specification and requests
Ensure strong compliance with OH&S requirements is followed
Liaise and communicate with key stakeholders
Manage employees, subcontractors, plant and machinery

About You

Relevant trade or tertiary qualification
Experience in a supervisory or managerial position with track record of leading teams to success
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Experience in a similar position or industry would be ideal
Excellent leadership, communication and planning skills
Proven high regard for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
