Are you a dynamic marketing professional looking for a new challenge? Join us at BOQ Group as the
Marketing Lead - Broker and play a pivotal role in shaping our relationships with Broker partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B Broker marketing strategy and communication plan.

Your goal will be to educate, inform, engage, and drive business among aggregators, small-medium brokerages, and owner-operator brokers.

This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of BOQ Group's home loan business, requiring broad collaboration across BOQ, VMA, and ME brands to realize business objectives and broader strategic imperatives.


About you

We are looking for a leader with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

You should have the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that differentiate our brand and create distinct market segments to appeal to brokers and their clients.

Your expertise in building an 'always on' B2B digital advertising strategy will ensure that BOQ Group brands remain top of mind for Brokers, encouraging advocacy among their clients.
