We don't expect you to tick all the boxes, because the right person for the job will be a quick learner and resourceful to succeed in their role.

You will have an end-to-end responsibility from handling customer calls, reviewing in-stock and incoming goods, to co-ordinating dispatch of customer orders.

We're hiring for both South Melbourne and Truganina locations

A bit about you:

You love all things interiors and customer service
You are a problem solver and have high attention to detail
You love building relationships
You're our first WOW factor and a huge part of why customers return to us again and again.
Strong customer focus and a passionate belief in providing exceptional service
A highly driven, enthusiastic and 'can do' attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the furniture industry not required.

Duties include:

Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and caring manner.
Providing product selection advice and recommendations.
Process and coordinate Quotes and Orders as required.
Merchandising and styling the store
Guide customer's throughout their buying journey.
