Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Field Service Technician is an integral part of the organisations team and you will undertake servicing and maintenance of civil construction and compaction equipment across the Perth area.

• Undertake scheduled servicing and maintenance activities
• Action all associated followup activities and paperwork
• Proactively maintain Conplant's hire fleet in a costeffective and efficient manner
• Undertake fault diagnosis and repair (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and hydraulics) with a timesensitive approach
• Provide technical advice to customers (face to face and by telephone) to minimise unscheduled call outs
• Where necessary coordinate planned and ad hoc external resource allocation to minimise downtime
• Maintain the operational capability of Conplant's hire equipment
• Assist with 'onthejob training of apprentices, ensuring tasks are supervised and completed safely and appropriately

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Technician who has a proven track record of achieving solid results in a similar position.

Your ability to demonstrate a high work ethic, integrity, and safe work practices together with your positive mindset in dealing with work and people will be highly regarded.

• Trade qualification (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, LV Mechanical Technology, Heavy Commercial Mechanical Technology, or similar)
• Proven expertise in a similar role, ideally with at least 3 years in a Field Service position
• Experience working on heavy construction equipment
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Current Driver's Licence with an MR license preferred
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to use MS Office and learn inhouse software systems

A Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology along with licenses to operate plant and equipment (such as a forklift) would be an advantage.
