Part time (3 days per week)- 3 month ongoing contract
About Our Client:
Our Client is a National brand in the retail & consumer services industry. Our client has over 800 stores nationwide and has a history spanning over 100 years.
- The accurate and timely collection of assessment and training records for all teams being trained across the site each week (approx. 200 records per week, varies by training plan)
- The identification of issues in any records (eg missing signatures, missing dates) and follow up of these to be fixed
- The scanning and filing of all assessment and training records
- The accurate indexing (reviewing each document and typing key information about each record into an Excel spreadsheet) of all records each week
- Reporting of all progress to the Training Manager
The Successful Applicant:
- Takes responsibility for own work and can work independently
- Highly organised and can manage a lot of paper files
- Values accuracy and precision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- High level communication skills
