Role Summary:


This position provides high level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the office of the CEO is effective, functional, and responsive.

As the EA you will provide confidential, professional support and high level administrative and planning.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing exemplary highlevel administrative support for the CEO including scheduling and coordinating meetings, minute taking, preparing briefings and reports, diary management, travel bookings and credit card reconciliation.
  • Providing key administrative support as required to ensure Board meetings and other related board activities and events are well supported including drafting and distributing agendas, taking minutes, preparing correspondence, coordinating the calendar of Board agendas, and supporting daytoday communication with the Board.
  • Update office templates, forms, and documentation as necessary, ensuring branding is always up to date and consistent with the style guidelines.
  • Audit of CA's electronic files including filing and archiving as appropriate
  • Provide administrative a logistics support for CA events such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM), endof year celebrations and CEO presentations.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate asset register for the Office.
  • Coordination of centralised ordering of stationary, office supplies and equipment for the CA team

Essential criteria:


  • Formal qualifications not essential however a business administration certificate (or related certificate) would be highly regarded.
  • Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working closely with Boards and Board Members is highly desirable Knowledge Skills & competencies.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and strategic communications appropriately.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and individual judgement.
  • High competency with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
