About the role:

Your main focus will be the responsibility of the day to day maintenance and up keep of the centre.

Reporting and documenting to the Senior Operations Manager on a daily basis regarding any issues around maintenance in and around the centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing maintenance service to the centre areas

Constant inspection of all grounds

Daily reporting

Ensure all tools and equipment are safe at all times

Follow OH&WS policies and requirements

Perform handyman services when required

Provide support to centre management team when required

Ensure premium property presentation at all time

Report and attend to any safety hazards

Provided access to contractors, tenants and external parties as required

Skills & Experience

At least 5 years' experience in a comparable role, with previous experience and practical skills, as maintenance personnel, in a hands-on workplace such as a shopping centre or commercial building.

A high level of commercial acumen

Hold a current EWP license

Hold a current driving license

Hold a current working at height ticket

A trade background will be looked apon favorably in this role
