About the facility


The Mental Health Therapy Services develops and provides specialist assessment, consultation and evidenced-based therapies as part of consumer's treatment within Barwon Health's Local and Area Mental Health services.


About the role


The senior dietician will provide specialist assessment and treatment as a part of our interprofessional team of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathology, exercise physiology and peer workers; improving MH outcomes for consumers.

You will support expanded delivery of our therapy services into the local MH and Well-being service, and input into service development as a part of the MHTS leadership team.

You will work collaboratively with peer workers, well-being staff, community clinicians, inpatient staff and psychiatrists to ensure people receive comprehensive care that helps consumer feel better.

As a senior dietician you will provide expert support and supervisory input to staff and students working across a range of therapeutic modalities including lifestyle programs drawing on nutritional psychiatry and eating disorder treatment.

Registered dietician with years of experience for grade 3 role as per EBA
