Maintenance Supervisor
Pit N Portal have an exciting opportunity for a
Maintenance Supervisor to join our talented maintenance team at our
Mount Monger Operations. Working a 4 & 3 roster, this role will report to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Full time employment, working a 4 & 3 roster:
FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie with camp-based accommodation:

Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, servicing and maintenance of company assets
- Be visible, and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team
- Lead from the front and by example, offering practical advice, direction and feedback to maintenance crews and support staff to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across site
- Actively demonstrate and promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices
Required skills / experience & attributes:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, effectively leading a mobile maintenance team in an underground mining environment
- Be highly experienced across all areas in the comprehensive maintenance of underground mobile equipment, including breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs
- Possess a sound understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce them, as well as a sound knowledge of equipment safety legislation
- Strong computer skills and literacy, with experience using Pronto or a similar system highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Valid "C Class" Manual Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance within 6 months of issue date
- Ability to pass a preemployment medical including drug and alcohol screen
- Working Rights within Australia
