As a Client Care Representative you will support the Contact Centre Leader in all aspects of customer service and engagement across the business.

The focus of the role is to showcase quality customer service within every phone call, dealing with vulnerable clients and being able to manage systems seamlessly.

Description

As a Client Care Representative we are looking for passionate customer service consultants who will be required to provide:

  • Customer Excellence
  • Assisting clients with service requests for appointments and support
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of internal practices and processes

Profile

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to be understanding and empathetic towards customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills in order to navigate various systems
  • Ability to keep calm in high pressure environment
  • An interest in mental health and the community
