    About the Company

    Join the team with a leading name in the Traffic Control industry, dedicated to ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow across Queensland and New South Wales. The company is going through a rapid period of growth experiencing ongoing expansion, creating the need for a committed Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team, ensuring the contractors are paid promptly and accurately.

    About the Role

    As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function of the organisation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring timely payment from the clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.

    Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

    Follow up with clients on overdue accounts via phone, email, and mail.

    Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.

    Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.

    Provide regular updates and reports to management on accounts receivable status.

    Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    About You

    Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

    Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Xero or MYOB.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

    Proactive approach to problem-solving.
