About the role:

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this role plays a critical part in supporting the business
objectives of delivering high quality service to our Broker network, suppliers and staff. This is achieved
through the accurate processing of customer invoices and maintaining the accounts receivable process,
and through assisting the broader finance team efficiently meet its reporting deadlines to various
stakeholders across the business.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Accounts receivable:

- responsibility for the efficient completion of:

  • Processing fee revenue
  • accurately update and reconcile billing data from multiple sources,
preparing files for import to finance system and processing payments by direct debit and credit

card systems

  • Manual invoicing raise manual invoices, process payments by direct debit and credit card
systems and receipt cash in a timely manner

  • Management of debtor balances receipt payments, complete bank account and ledger
reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances, provide reporting to Executive

Leadership team and monitoring payment plans as required on outstanding balances

  • Customer support resolve any account queries, perform customer account reconciliations and
prepare statements as required. Ensure notes and comments entered for any queries.


Other duties:


  • Develop and maintain efficient and consistent accounts receivable functions to manage a high
volume of transactions across multiple business units within the Loan Market Group

  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of
performance improvement

  • Ability to work independently to achieve deadlines
  • Customer centric, ensuring any and all internal/external stakeholder queries are resolved in a
timely manner

  • Other adhoc duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

This role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume full function AR
role. You will draw on your excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with
internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

High attention to detail and ability to follow through with requests for information or other tasks assigned
are essential. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills are essential for this role and previous experience
with NetSuite and MerchantSuite will be highly desirable.
