THE ROLE


We currently have the opportunity for a Junior Project Officer to join our Communications division on a permanent, full-time basis.


  • Report Daily to Linkforce Project Lead
  • Monitor project progress against work schedule
  • Liaise with the Client to ensure all the equipment, permits and supporting functions are booked in ready for the project
  • Printing and compiling site HSEQ and construction documentation required for upcoming projects
  • Ensure compliance with Client specific documentation requirements, including handover submission pack
  • Prepare / draft estimates and Bill of Quantity (BOQs) for Project Lead final approval
  • Procurement of Project materials for construction projects
  • Schedule the required labour resources to ensure project delivery targets are meet
  • Liaise with clients as required to build and maintain healthy relationships

ABOUT YOU

To be considered you will have the following:

  • Good understanding of general business requirements & onsite operations within the construction industry
  • A great attitude towards work, showing a commitment to learn and grow within the team
  • Must be computer literate and have a strong understanding of Microsoft office
  • Exposure liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Maintenance of recording systems, trackers and registers

DESIRABLE:


  • Experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Understanding or involvement with Telecommunication industry operations
  • Degree or Tertiary Education with the Telecommunication or Construction industry
