To this end, we are seeking a Software Support/Help Desk Officer to join their operations on the northern Gold Coast.

This role would suit an existing timber detailer/estimator with a level of mastery in detailing software and a passion for customer service.

On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

Providing technical support and advice via various methods
phone, online/TeamViewer and site visits
Assisting in development of technical training and writing
Software testing for new releases when required
Some assistance in customer acquisition and expansion where the opportunity presents itself
Previous indepth experience with timber detailing software
Mitek/Pryda/Multinail preferred
Strong customer service skills willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
