This fast-paced Sales Role in Ballarat will keep you on your toes, and you will need a proven history in creating and closing sales to succeed.

You will have a passion for working to targets, KPI's and commission goals.


When interviewed, you will be able to give clear examples of consultative and challenging sales where you have used skill and negotiation to close the sale.

Culture and team is important to you and you will love working in a large format store with big personalities and with people from all walks of life.


Skills Required to Succeed

  • A love of creating customer experiences
  • Experience working with furniture, interiors or big ticket sales advantageous...
  • Proven sales ability and a keen understanding of KPI's
  • Ability to form relationships quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Availability to work some weekends...
