Company:


A leading manufacturer and supplier of High-Pressure Water jetting and pumps used in Industrial sectors across Australia, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional training for customers and employees, in accordance with TAE04116 standards
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet specific customer needs
  • Generate sales/hire for the business and other represented brands in the way of machinery and accessories
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Trainings
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are current and effective

Qualifications:


  • TAE04116 (Training Certificate IV) or equivalent qualification
  • Interest in specialized mechanical equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
