Company:
A leading manufacturer and supplier of High-Pressure Water jetting and pumps used in Industrial sectors across Australia, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional training for customers and employees, in accordance with TAE04116 standards
- Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet specific customer needs
- Generate sales/hire for the business and other represented brands in the way of machinery and accessories
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Trainings
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are current and effective
Qualifications:
- TAE04116 (Training Certificate IV) or equivalent qualification
- Interest in specialized mechanical equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
