Overview of the opportunities


Partnering closely with our merchandising, planning and retail teams, as well as our brand partners, our VM team seamlessly plan, execute, and bring to life all our visual merchandising and thematic activations for our network of stores across Australia and New Zealand, which includes supporting our new store rollouts and refurbs.


Key areas of responsibility

  • Plan and execute VM calendar
  • Support instore installations and updates, including brand fixture and floorplan updates
  • Coordinate the planning, production, delivery and installation of thematic or brand animations in collaboration with suppliers
  • Liaise with brands to ensure artwork and product curation meets Sephora VM standards.
  • Provide VM support to network of stores and managers to ensure brand VM standards are understood and adhered to

Your profile

  • You have proven and demonstrated VM experience in a multibrand and multicategory retail environment
  • You have experience (and thrive) working in a fastpaced highvolume environment
  • You have demonstrated experience with cultivating cross functional relationships
  • You have proven experience working with external stakeholders
  • You have confidence in setting and managing budgets
  • You have strong computer literacy,
  • You are results oriented and resourceful
