The Associate Director, Strategic Communications and Engagement, is responsible for leading the development and implementation of communications and engagement strategies that support the objectives of the UOW Strategic Plan.


This position leads all aspects of the University's public relations, corporate communications, internal communications, senior executive communications and alumni engagement, intending to maximise exposure, affinity and engagement.

As a member of the Division of Advancement and Communications leadership team, the position holder provides strategic advice for the University about translating strategy into operational goals and engages with peers to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement.
