The firm's construction group has a proven track record of working successfully with principals, government, sponsors, financiers, contractors and service providers across a range of industries including mining and resources, rail, roads, water, health, telecommunications and building.

They provide both front end and back end solutions for their premium client base.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity now exists for a talented construction lawyer (with 2-8 years' PAE) to join this dynamic, professional and friendly team.

As a valued member of this high performing team, you will enjoy working closely with exceptional partners and lawyers on an enviable range of front and back end construction matters including:

Construction dispute resolution;
Public Private Partnerships (PPPs);
Front end construction matters;
Project structuring and tender strategy;
Downstream subcontracting and procurement;
Infrastructure agreements; and
Specialist construction related advice.
