An innovative and growing financial trading organisation is seeking a Trade Application Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will join a large and complex project of work, BAU tasks, running morning tests.

You be providing technical support & troubleshooting to traders/brokers and trading clients who utilize the firm's execution algorithms and analytic solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to the company clients, internal teams, and their execution systems.
  • Work on automating daily and repetitive tasks
  • Monitor & troubleshoot trades in realtime electronic trading systems.
  • Build strong relationships within the business to maximize perception of ICT Tech Support and its capabilities.

Requirements:


  • Trade Application Support Analyst experience or similar experience/role (level 1 & 2 support).
  • Strong experience in Window, SQL as well as.
NET (A MUST)

  • Familiar with Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.), automation tools and not afraid of the command line.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work within a team and communicate at all levels.
  • Highlevel problem solving skills and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multi task and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accurate recording of service delivery, incident resolution etc. and reporting skills.
