Your role
Our depth of local and national experience is clearly demonstrated by our national statutory compensation management team. In our Adelaide office, our team acts for ReturnToWorkSA and its agents EML and Gallagher Bassett.

We are currently looking for a lawyer, preferably with knowledge of the

This fast paced and dynamic role will require you to provide advice and representation at the South Australian Employment Tribunal in relation to the
_Return to Work Act_.


What we are looking for

  • A passionate and commercially astute individual with a genuine interest in building a successful career in statutory compensation law;
  • Someone with sound client and file management skills who understands the importance of providing technically excellent advice in a timely manner;
  • A practitioner with the maturity and selfmotivation to be responsible for the day to day management of litigation files with the assistance of a mentor as appropriate;
  • A confident individual who is comfortable with oral advocacy at conciliation and directions on a regular basis; and
  • A good team player who appreciates the importance of collegiality and collaboration.
