WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?
There is no 'downtime' in this business, there is always something to do, and you don't always know what that will be - your day can be dictated by the next client call, so you need to be able to 'roll with it' and cope with changing priorities.
Your role in all of this will be two-fold: to coordinate the administration and operations of the office, and to provide executive support to the Managing Director, so she can do what she does best.
Executive Assistant to the MDYou will provide indispensable support to the MD, anticipating her needs and maximising her time. This includes managing her busy schedule, providing personal assistance, and acting as a trusted confidante.
You'll be an extension of the MD, identifying obstacles and finding solutions to free up her time for mentorship and business growth.
Operations and AdministrationYou'll ensure the smooth operations of the office.
From constructing proposals and managing HR tasks to being the friendly face that greets clients; your attention to detail and organisational skills will shine.
You will also play a crucial role in keeping the office vibes highTHE NITTY GRITTY
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be proactive, intuitive and possess excellent decision-making abilities. You're cool under pressure, adept at building trust and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.
You'll also need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills you will be the face of the company, greeting clients & answering the phones
- Previous experience in a consulting, clientservicedriven environment is a must
- Experience working in an Apple Mac environment
- A practical understanding of smallbusiness HR (contracts, induction etc)
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (and willingness to use it for work)
