Directly responsible for and full ownership of the end-to-end AP function, as well as ownership of Debtor receipt and reporting function.

Involved in month-end close with responsibilities for AP related accrual and credit card journals to ensure expenses are recognized and reported accurately and on time.

Ensure expense reimbursements created by staff are correct, and paid accurately and on time. Daily bank reconciliations and manual bank journal entries for some Australian bank accounts. Intercompany reporting and reconciliations. Balance Sheet reconciliations. Provides support to Finance Team and the wider organization as needed.
